But internally, something felt unfinished… unclear.
The structure that had once defined my life was gone.
And without it, I found myself asking deeper ques

The structure that had once defined my life was gone.
And without it, I found myself asking deeper questions:
Who am I now?
What is this next phase of my life really about?
What do I truly want—beyond what I’ve always done?
It wasn’t a crisis.
But it was a quiet turning point I couldn’t ignore.
After
I chose to engage that question—intentionally.
Not by rushing to find answers,
but by slowing down enough to listen.
Through that process, I created a life rooted in clarity, purpose, and a deeper sense of peace.
Today, I teach through the University of Utah’s Lifelong Learning Program (Osher),
and I guide others through their own process of reinvention—
not by giving them answers, but by helping them uncover their own.
Because real reinvention isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you truly are—and having the courage to live from that place.
