At 77, I embrace personal growth and live with vitality, guiding others through self-discovery to reclaim their worth and rise strong into the life they're meant to live, supported by transformational coaching.
Before: I retired from a high-stress career, but unresolved trauma left me depleted. Panic attacks, perfectionism, and fear controlled my life. I felt small and stuck.
After: Today, I run a thriving coaching practice, teach at the University of Utah, and live with peace, joy, and purpose. I didn’t just survive—I reinvented my life. And now I help others do the same.

■ One-on-One Coaching (Limited Availability) For those who prefer a more private, individualized approach, I offer a limited number of one-on-one coaching experiences. This is best for clients who want highly personalized attention, flexible scheduling, and a deep dive into their unique reinvention journey.
■ Location-Free Coaching.All of my coaching and teaching is done live over Zoom. You don’t have to live in Salt Lake City to coach with me. I work with clients across the country and even internationally. All you need is an internet connection and a willingness to take your next brave step.
